Most recently, Next Step proudly welcomed Cheryl Lynn Associates, a leading Midwest rep agency, to its team. This integration of two powerhouse companies further strengthens representation across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia.

At the same time, Michele Newman joined Next Step, bringing her deep industry knowledge, long-standing retail relationships, and reputation for driving results.
